How do I find my size?

Check our Size Chart for measurements by product. Our activewear is a nylon and spandex blend — stretchy, soft, and flexible. We recommend your usual size for a comfortable, fitted look; if you're between sizes or prefer a little extra room, consider sizing up.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location. When your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking where available.

What is your return policy?

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return of unworn, unwashed items with tags attached, in their original packaging, with your receipt or proof of purchase. Email contact@lotus-lyfestyle.com with your order number to start — if your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Sale items and gift cards are final sale.

Can I exchange for a different size?

Yes — email us at contact@lotus-lyfestyle.com and we'll help arrange an exchange, subject to stock.

What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?

Inspect your order when it arrives and contact us right away at contact@lotus-lyfestyle.com (a photo helps) — we'll make it right.
